When I ride my bike, I rely heavily on keeping track of my time because I use my bike to commute to work. There aren't many options when it comes to motorcycle clocks and that's probably because most modern motorcycles come with a clock on the dashboard. But not my 1987 Honda Magna. I guess timing didn't matter much in the 80's - I was in 7th grade when my bike was fresh on the show floor so I'm not sure. Anyway, after three months this thing stopped telling the time. No, he wasn't fired, he just stopped showing the time. Even after setting it works for several hours. It sucks because there aren't many options for this valuable necessity on an old commuter bike. The actual mount, material and part itself were good and held onto the handlebars well - only the watch itself sucked. I replaced it with a $5 car digital clock, a DIY mount using some scrap, and a hose clamp to connect it to the steering wheel. Huge digital numbers, holding time and cheaper. Put that option aside and consider another option.
