The bottom design of the bag is pleated/ruched
I don't know if my order is defective or the bag is supposed to be. I was expecting a straight, sealed edge at the bottom, like plastic grocery bags. But the five pouches I've tested so far have an uncomfortably lumpy bottom, as if the sealing machine screwed up. This affects how things sit underneath - they can't lie flat on the surface and balance. Very disappointing. Can these bags be defective? On the other hand, the bags are durable, beautiful and transparent.
