Review on Lightweight Comfort Walking Athletic Toddler Boys' Shoes : Outdoor by David Sanchez

Difficult to put on

These water boots get three stars for their foot protection. But I hate her. They are very difficult to meet. My almost 5 year old, who can easily put any other shoes on, can't put them on his feet - and to be honest I have a hard time putting them on him myself. They are very tight to begin with, not as stretchy as other water shoes we've had, and the velcro on the cuffs don't "show" them anymore. It would have been fine for an older child who can wrestle his feet with anything but they were too stiff for my 5 year old who is otherwise shoe agnostic. Since we're not going to the beach this summer, splash guards, public pool, etc., they'll probably be fine for the few times we need them, but in a non-pandemic summer, they won't. work with us I couldn't send him to camp and expect him to put them on when needed, he couldn't put his own shoes on while I put his little brother on etc. There were once perfectly working water shoes - just not the best choice for younger kids.

Pros
  • BREATHABLE: Ultralight, stretchy, breathable material creates a cooler and healthier shoe environment.
Cons
  • The cable is shorter than other models.
