I used this product to install a new high capacity range hood that required a 6 inch duct to run through drywall and plywood. Critical: For standard 6" pipe, be sure to use a 6 1/10" hole cutter. Hold it tight and work at a slow speed. As it burrows in, you can rock back and forth a little. Be patient, especially when climbing a tree. A hole in plywood can be cut in half in about 60 seconds. It certainly made the job potentially difficult, but fairly easy.
