I bought these shoes for the visual effect and they did not disappoint. Please note that as the name suggests, they are made to old-school standards, meaning they don't meet the comfort standards of modern shoemaking. These are flat shoes with flat panels. I was expecting this based on the sale description and photos so I was not disappointed at all. They're the right size but don't have the extra room to maneuver. Buyers may consider going half size if they want to replace the flat inserts with built-in inserts.
