These shoes we received were fake Vans not real. The differences are small but noticeable. Delivery took 2 weeks longer than planned when ordering and when we finally received it almost 4 weeks after ordering - they are not real vans. They have a label on the back but are missing other parts or have extra stitching not found on real vans. Not a good price for fake vans and delivery issues. Do not buy this item!

I bought these shoes for the visual effect and they did not disappoint. Please note that as the name suggests, they are made to old-school standards, meaning they don't meet the comfort standards of modern shoemaking. These are flat shoes with flat panels. I was expecting this based on the sale description and photos so I was not disappointed at all. They're the right size but don't have the extra room to maneuver. Note the difference between the two shoes in the first picture. I was surprised to find that a pair of vans I order from SunPac and this one from Amazon are made differently.
