The ability to work with multiple versions of data in one dashboard. I have been using this product for about a year now and it has been great all through. The interface is very easy to navigate and understand. It's a bit confusing at first but once you get used to the layout, it makes sense. Sometimes, when working in the dashboard, there are times that the system freezes or slows down. This makes it difficult to access certain sections of the dashboard. Make sure you know how to use all the features available. You will find that it is very helpful in your everyday life. We have been able to analyze our customer service department by looking at our metrics. The dashboard allows us to see trends and compare them to other departments within the organization.
