I bought this for my husband to lift weights because he has to use chalk at the gym and it gets dirty and outside of workouts it takes some time to set up get to the other side of the gym to get it. So I attach a small bottle to my water bottle and have it with me everywhere during my workouts and throughout the day. It works just like regular chalk but better because it lasts and lasts longer and there's a lot less white transfer on everything. Now an added bonus is its use to help people with sweaty hands. My husband is also a combat veteran with PTSD and stays sweaty most of the time. He used a little of this before running errands and noticed a huge difference in not having sweaty palms. I'm not saying it's the most helpful, but he also gave his armpits a little rub before a stressful situation and said it worked amazingly. I highly recommend trying this!
