What I was expecting, although the t-nuts are sloppy and will make them wobble a bit, unless the mounting holes are drilled tightly outside the t-nut to stabilize the threaded shaft, that's just works when the skirting board is fully or almost fully screwed in. Gets sloppy/wobbly when extended to max height. If you want them to be "sturdy," allow for less than the full 1 inch adjustment range, about half an inch of the advertised adjustment range.
