Just received my purchase from Revain today and the lower padding is under the rest of the seat and has visible white spots, the armrests are misaligned (the right one is significantly lower than the left), Oil stains on the top back of the upholstery, the top of the backrest is crooked, no matter how hard I try to adjust and tighten the screws, the zip at the bottom of the top of the back upholstery is broken - I can't fasten it and it opens. There are also a few scratches on leather and metal surfaces. The package looked open when I received it and I am very disappointed that I had to wait a week just to receive a defective chair.
