Disappointed right out of the box.
When I opened the box, I first pulled out the lid with a baseball-sized dent just in front of the logo. Installation was easy, but blowing out the filters was such a painful and frustrating step. It tells you not to "touch" the filter, but how else you will install it after blowing it out. After a day of filtering, I decided to buy a water tester. The readings for my tap water and "filtered water" were the same. I'm not sure if my filters are broken or if my reader is broken, but now I think I'm drinking clean tap water.
