In general, the monitor is excellent. Note that you're not getting a high-end panel, but the colors are vibrant and accurate enough to enjoy movies or games. Don't expect deep black levels or anything like that. Flares are noticeable, but it's also a cheap 10-inch screen, so you know it. Manage your expectations. I use mine as a secondary display for things like performance monitors and webpages. It's fine for this task if you don't mind scaling web pages to around 120-150% as long as you keep your screen resolution at 1080p. The display is feather light. You'll have a hard time noticing you're holding it. So really anything can be used to install it as it is not difficult to maintain. Just note that if you buy a small mount for it (like I did), the screws that came with the mount probably won't fit the VESA mounting holes on the back of the monitor. Luckily I have baskets of screws from other projects. Unfortunately, I don't really name them. Although it looks like they are small screws. thin thread. If I had to guess, I'd say they were originally designed to attach a basket for computer floppy disks. (Maybe not. 6 mounting screws?) They fit nicely into this monitor's VESA mounting holes. You may also need shims to keep them from slipping through a VESA backplate you intend to use with it.
