This machine is difficult to use, especially when you are given useless instructions. If you can't decide or guess, can #1 be forward or backward? It bends immediately in the case. With the front open, one fears that it might actually come out of the case, which can be very dangerous. I'm no plumber but have worked with machines like this before with no problems and didn't even require instructions. This one definitely needs them, or maybe I just have a bad one? IDK but $388.00 is a good amount for me, I'm sending it back. Exsosted is trying to make it work.
