I love this wash bag. It packs very flat, which lives up to its name. We used it for our trip to Paris 2 weeks ago. To our great surprise, upon arrival we found that the bag was torn! I was very disappointed as I thought the quality was much better than this one! Is there a guarantee on the bag? Edit added April 24, 2019: The company responded by replacing me with a new one. I loved the great customer service! Since then we have traveled a few more times with the new one. When packed up, the bag is not as bulky as regular toiletry bags, like packing an extra pair of jeans. However, I wouldn't use it for a short trip with very little toiletries. This works best when you have a lot of stuff inside or are carrying a lot of stuff for the whole family. For short trips I prefer the Sea to Summit cosmetic bag. General. I am very happy with it.
