These shorts fit exactly as expected, and they seem to be made well. I liked the black pair I bought so much I bought a second navy blue pair. I mainly wear these as regular shorts, but I have also gone swimming in the black pair and they held up great. There is a little bit of stretch in these. My only minor complaints are that I wish there was a little more flex in the material, and the mesh pockets are a little wired when wearing these as regular shorts. Overall I would definitely recommend these shorts.
