Also works with 12 " x 17 "!

I took a chance because I couldn't find any information if there are special grooves for it that would prevent it from working with 12x17. There aren't any and it works great with 12x17 because it has no chance of falling out and also the lightbar switch had a 1.5 inch gap to turn it on and off. I really think the craft station and the 12x17 light bar are the perfect match in my apartment! I also have a wrist lamp with a metal clip, I would recommend going to your local or nearest hardware store and buying a clip there, the lamp wobbles and has no support to stay left or right.
