Review on SANZUCO by Troy Coskillas

Sanzuco online store is not to be relied upon as a trustworthy supplier of electronic goods. I found this store to be a depressing electrical wasteland, with low-quality goods and unhelpful employees. The website's interface is badly designed, and its product pages are disorganized and difficult to navigate. Finding what you need is next to impossible, and even if you do, the information offered on the product is typically insufficient or deceptive. The inferior quality of the goods only adds insult to injury. I bought a cheap two-way radio from Sanzuco and it stopped working after a week. I asked for a refund and got a curt and unhelpful response from customer service. Their "knowledgeable and friendly" customer service personnel is, in fact, neither of those things. They're slow to respond, useless, and clearly don't care about fixing customers' problems. They obviously value money more than happy customers. When it comes to consumer electronics, Sanzuco's online store is a barren wilderness. It's unfortunate that the once-promising store has become a letdown. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from the Sanzuco web store.
