I was looking for a case that would fit my iPad. I have a model 1474 which this case wasn't intended for, but I couldn't find any similar cases in the color I wanted, so I went with it anyway knowing it had the same screen size. I am happy about this purchase. It fits perfectly, only a small blemish is to be expected. The volume buttons are significantly lower on the iPad than on the case. Nothing special as I don't normally use the volume. But if I wanted to, all I had to do was press the - button to increase the volume and press the screen protector just below the - button and I could turn the volume down. I think it's a worthy win because I get exactly what I want and the features I use the iPad for. See my photo for volume and fit reference.
