Review on 🚗 Bilstein 24-186704 B8 5100 Shock Absorber: Enhanced Performance for Off-Road & Urban Settings by Patrick Stephani

Bought a pair of these shocks and installed them on my F-150 2006 2wd today. They are very durable and provide a smooth ride. Note that this is for ONE shock, so you will need to purchase two of these for the kit. Also, they are uncompressed and have a plastic band around them so you need to compress them. something that can be used as a crowbar. The shock absorbers are mounted with 2 screws 15mm with nuts 18mm. I would recommend putting the bottom of the shock in first and moving the bolt, then pushing down from the top to compress the shock until you can fit the top into the bracket. I then used screwdrivers to line up the holes and push the top screw through. All in all about 10-15 minutes aside, very easy.
