In general, the product corresponds to the description. It feels good and safe. All the tools needed to install the SSD were included and installation was a breeze. Read and write speeds were excellent. I used a 1TB Samsung 870 EVO NVMe SSD and the speed was consistently over 950MB/s. The propulsion is also great for keeping a good temperature. I've just always felt that the drive gets a little warm when transferring over 150GB, but never so hot that you can't touch it. The only thing holding this back from a 5 star rating is the cables included in the case. A couple of times I experienced disconnects due to cables and once it happened during a transmission which was very disappointing. But luckily I have other better quality Type-C to Type-C cables and Type-C to Type-A cables, so I can keep using them without any worries.
