Fits as expected. I usually wear 8/10. I ordered a big one. The duct tape cuts into my mother's fat, but I don't mind. I'm sure it won't fall off while swimming! I'm 5'5" tall with a 28" inseam. The bottom sits right on my knees and the top sits right on my belly button. I will wear bottoms as I agree with other reviews that without bottoms you will have a seam in the back.
