This product was a big disappointment. Firstly, even after sitting for 12 minutes, the hair is not removed well. The first time the bristles stayed on the legs, and the second time it didn't help at all. I have followed the instructions. Second, this thing REALLY smells like burnt hair. I didn't expect this wouldn't happen, but some other reviews led me to believe it wouldn't. Third and last, it's dirty. Unless you're planning on sitting on the edge of the tub in the bathroom, this meanness will hit the mark. I didn't save any time, there was still hair on my legs, and the house smelled of burned hair and chemicals. Wouldn't recommend it.
