I was pleasantly surprised with this product. It had no chemical smell when applied like other hair removal creams or some burned hair. There was no skin irritation and I used it in the bikini area. My only complaint is the "stubble" that remains, but that may be because I didn't leave it on long enough for that area. Definitely worth the price.

This product was a big disappointment. Firstly, even after sitting for 12 minutes, the hair is not removed well. The first time the bristles stayed on the legs, and the second time it didn't help at all. I have followed the instructions. Second, this thing REALLY smells like burnt hair. Only works on my bikini area. I know my hair is thicker so I left it on my legs and armpits 10 minutes longer than the directions say and still haven't even gotten 1/2 hair out. Also, I have more red pimples than when I shave. It's not worth it - just shave faster. Got a refund and they let me keep it to use in my bikini area but will never buy again. I have found it works very well on rooted hair but is almost useless on freshly shaved hair. It also left little stubble, which is only noticeable if you're actively looking for it. This is very time consuming. I'm a secret transgender COG so I can't spend much time in the bathroom removing my hair. I have found that shaving is much faster. Finally, this product is not for people with sensitive noses. The smell is strong with active use, but dissipates after about 15-20 minutes.

Update: I originally gave this 3 stars. But I am changing it to 1 because they have been spamming my email for days and trying to get me to change my rating. After I told them not to contact me anymore, they sent me a letter in the mail! I wish I had never bought this. Works well but I had to use most of the bottle just for shins. The hair grew back as quickly as if I had shaved, but the process took longer, required more work, and cost more.
