Only works on my bikini area. I know my hair is thicker so I left it on my legs and armpits 10 minutes longer than the directions say and still haven't even gotten 1/2 hair out. Also, I have more red pimples than when I shave. It's not worth it - just shave faster. Got a refund and they let me keep it to use in my bikini area but will never buy again. Update: It's been a few days and I have itchy bumps caused by ingrown hairs in my bikini area. I will never use that again. Update: The company just emailed me and offered me a $20 gift certificate to delete this review. I appreciate the generosity, but I am disappointed that the company is dishonest in showing negative reviews experiences with their products. It makes me wonder how many negative reviews have been removed and if this product shouldn't be rated a lot lower.
