I received this bag on 07/23/18 and was immediately impressed. There are many different compartments and zip pockets to store your belongings. You can wear it as a backpack or a shoulder bag and it's amazing. The detachable shoulder bag is a plus because you can use it if you don't want to take the whole bag with you. It looks like real leather and is very soft. Now is the problem. I only used the bag after I returned from vacation on 8/4/18, so 20 days ago. Last night I noticed that the seam near the main zipper was already starting to unravel and we all know the seam doesn't stop once it starts unraveling. I paid $40 for this wallet and thought it would be used for over 20 days. The return period ended of course on 08/22/18. So now I'm stuck with a bag that I can't use because it's falling apart and if I keep using it it's only going to get worse. I have to take it somewhere and pay to have it rebuilt which is ridiculous considering I only used it for 3 weeks. I really like the functionality of the bag but the poor quality is not worth it. Update: I have contacted the seller and attached pictures of the seam issues. The seller replied within 24 hours and offered to send a replacement bag. I'm glad they offered a replacement because I like the functionality and look of the wallet. I hope this one lasts longer. I changed my rating to 5 stars because the seller was quick to respond and offered a replacement. I will update the review again once I have received and used the new wallet. I use it EVERY DAY and I LOVE it. I haven't had any problems with seams. The bag holds up very well!
