The ease of use, great customer service (live chat), how intuitive it was for staff at my practice! It would be nice if there were more options in some areas - I think this could benefit from being able better tailor recommendations or services offered by us vs those that we recommend our clients see elsewhere within vetnet/vetmatch etc? Also having an option where you can share your referral links with other vets so they may also refer patients using topvetservices might help increase referrals too as well!! We are solving issues around patient engagement through digital platforms- allowing them access via mobile devices wherever possible rather than just desktop computers only which has been helpful but not ideal sometimes when needing support during busy times / holidays.
