The best part of being an employee at this organization was that I worked with some amazing individuals! My team lead, Jenny had such great energy throughout our time working together as she would always make me feel like my ideas were important enough for her attention when it came down do creating something new or improving upon old technology (if you can believe!). This all comes from someone who has been in healthcare since 1988 so don't be scared if your first impression doesnβt match upβ¦

Nothing specific to TopVet but sometimes it takes a lot of effort to try and learn something new
The interface layout was easy for my vet techs to navigate, I didn't have any problems getting started with them right away. It took me quite some time before all of our info could be entered into it since there are so many fields available in each section that can take awhile just entering one patient's information alone! But once you get past those initial hurdles everything else seems pretty straightforward though we do not use this app at present as much now that i am working from homeβ¦
Pros
Not having too scroll down far distances is also nice because your eyes donβt want to hurt anymore after looking long enough!! Also love how they give options regarding what type of contact/communication method should go along wth an appointment such as phone call vs texting versus email
The ease of use, great customer service (live chat), how intuitive it was for staff at my practice! It would be nice if there were more options in some areas - I think this could benefit from being able better tailor recommendations or services offered by us vs those that we recommend our clients see elsewhere within vetnet/vetmatch etc? Also having an option where you can share your referral links with other vets so they may also refer patients using topvetservices might help increaseβ¦
