Everything was as in the description. Just a little patch of grass. My chihuahua pup refused to wear diapers during training so we slipped them over the diapers and used them for about two weeks and when our pup calmed down we threw them away. I do not recommend it for long-term use, but it is enough for training. It was the perfect size for our Chihuahua pup, so I wouldn't use that size for a large breed. The quality was good, the grass is thick enough and thin enough at the bottom to get urine on the puppy mat. I would buy again if needed. But as I said, for temporary use, not as a permanent solution.
