My Verveloop stopped working a few days ago. Just one week after the right of return expired. Find out.

My Verveloop has stopped working for a few days. Just one week after the right of return expired. Find out. If they don't replace them I will never buy anything from Motorola again as they fail right after the return policy and if they don't have good customer service then what's left? At this moment nothing. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe they take care of it quickly, maybe I'm just annoyed because I wasted my money.
