I bought the unit in 2019 and haven't had any issues with it until the last few months, the battery slowly started to drain to the point that it was only idle for a few minutes, before a beep sounded to return to the charging station. In my case, however, I found that the problem wasn't with the battery itself, but rather with the software. I unplugged the vacuum for 2 or 3 days until it was completely drained and then let it charge fully. After that it worked for more than an hour and the battery has lasted for more than a week. I think the battery calibration in the software somehow went wrong and completely draining the battery allowed it to be reset. I recommend trying it out if your device is also having battery issues.
