My partner keeps grinding my rubber spatulas in the blender when I make hummus and I needed new ones. I didn't know there was such a choice! I usually only take one at Target. Haven't used all of the different types of spatulas that come with this set, but so far I really like the one that's shaped like a spatula/knife. This is very handy for cleaning narrow containers like mayonnaise jars. I also like the one that's slightly hollow, like a cross between a spatula and a spoon. I've used large spatulas to make jam, lemon curd, and puddings and they've done a good job. I put them in the dishwasher with no side effects. I've only had them for a few weeks so we'll see how they hold up over the long term, but for now I'm happy enough to consider a second set.
