"Oversized " - Not Really

Based on prior reviews, ordered Small and returned it. Then ordered Medium, and kept it. I normally wear a medium (sizes 6 to 8), am 5'5" and slender. The shoulders are dropped, which is nice, but when buttoned worn over a lightweight tank the chest is snug, not "floppy" like illustrations. Nor are the sleeves longer than normal, but the neck is REALLY REALLY large. Disappointing, but I kept to wear in our Coastal foggy summer weather.
