Works in Windows Home S mode - not Windows Home which limits the downloads available. According to research, S mode can be removed, but I don't know if it actually works... I'd rather use Windows Pro or iOS anyway, so I'm going in that direction. It wasn't a computer to me, and more importantly, it wasn't an advertised computer. I've been waiting a few days since returning for their "product arrival" and it's never taken this long, so to say I'm starting to worry would be an understatement. Be aware that this may be fine for some, but ask questions and know that returns will be difficult at best.
