I would buy it again! suitable for computers and tablets

I'm keeping it so I didn't notice the low battery life issue that others have complained about. The screen brightness is not enough, but others like it. I like the touchscreen functionality and the number key on the side. I use my computer to pay bills and keep track of my budget, so this feature makes my life easier. I love it more than any other laptop I've owned or used.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • There are flaws

3 days of calls and forwarding from support. Sent to Microsoft, to Lenovo accounting, to the wrong model department, finally to India, which wants to move on with the credit card. 7 calls, wasted hours. Nice machine when it works. never again.

Pros
  • Generates trust
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

BASIC COMPUTER USAGE in computers and tablets

Okay, the resolution on this computer is bad. You have the screen tilt to see letters as well as windowed mode. It took a little while to get home to the window. The video pixel is also bad. my HP Envy 360 is much better. . and my sansung book 2 is much better. This computer is good for basic use. . As for .na games, I won't use that for that. I'll get another one for games. Had to use Ease of Access to change the text (normal image) and change the text (image) by 145%. Just to be able to read.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Bothers me

Fast, but at a steep price.

The unit arrived fairly quickly, however the touchpad did not work out of the box and did not work even after several repair attempts. In addition, the viewing angle is too steep. You have to tilt the screen back very far to see the screen properly. And even then you get terrible contrast problems. not worth the money even in this price range. The device I bought had an i5/12GB RAM configuration which made it quite awake, but it couldn't fix the touchpad and non-working screen issues. Sent back

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!

Poor battery life: Computers and accessories

Negative – The battery only lasts an hour, even in sleep mode. I need to connect constantly. Camera quality is very poor, looks very grainy and dark in virtual meetings. Graphics aren't great. Poor ventilation. Positive - the touchscreen works fine, there is a lot of memory, the processor is good; moves pretty fast. In general I am satisfied for the money I paid. I wasn't concerned about the graphics when I bought it, but I was disappointed with the main battery life.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Not sure

Good mid-range laptop for school and everyday use

A great laptop so far. You can get laptops for $200 less, but in my opinion they can be thrown away. You use them for 2-3 years and then have to buy a new one. I hope this one lasts a little longer. I did a little research and found that it has a much faster processor that can do a little more multitasking than those $300-350 laptops. The biggest difference is that this laptop uses an SSD instead of the flash memory used in cheaper devices.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Not bad overall, but...

Poor screen quality

Works in Windows Home S mode - not Windows Home which limits the downloads available. According to research, S mode can be removed, but I don't know if it actually works... I'd rather use Windows Pro or iOS anyway, so I'm going in that direction. It wasn't a computer to me, and more importantly, it wasn't an advertised computer. I've been waiting a few days since returning for their "product arrival" and it's never taken this long, so to say I'm starting to worry would be an understatement. Be…

Good laptop for general use

Loads Windows 10 (S mode) quickly, about 25 seconds. Set the screen brightness to 75% and tilt it back a little more than usual to fix the blurry look. The battery life is about 7 hours. with occasional use. I disabled all unnecessary applications in the background in the settings. I'm not a fan of Windows 10's S mode, which restricts the user to apps from the Microsoft Store. You can switch to win. 10 home is free which doesn't require this limitation but I have a 250GB SSD in my device so I…

Nice thin laptop with disappointing screen

My old 2012 ThinkPad that I used for some stuff to get those things out of my new computer finally died. I chose this Ideapad as a viable option for this purpose. As most people know, the ThinkPad has the best keyboard in the business. This machine can't live up to that standard, but for a laptop it's fine. I'm a fast typist and I got over it. The screen looks good but only has a resolution of 1366 x 768, which is uninspiring for a 15-inch screen. This device is not designed for gaming or…
