I used to give this product one star because the box that came with it was empty. The dealer has now informed me that he will send me a complete set (2 finger splints) free of charge. Your package arrived within a few days and I have had the opportunity to fit one of the splints on my left middle finger several times. The splint keeps my finger straight and easy to put on and take off...like washing my hands with soap and water. I am very happy with my purchase and the response I received from the retailer.
