The plastic chin strap broke and the flybar replaced the helmet.
Given to my son for Christmas. He really liked it, but not for long - the plastic fastener under the chin cracked, and then broke completely. I don't think he wore it more than 6 times (and that's too many) before it broke. He's an unlucky tourist. *Edit* changed my rating to 5 runs. After contacting Flybar customer service directly, they got it right. I emailed some pictures showing the problem and they immediately offered to send another one. This is the kind of company I'm happy to spend my money on.
