Review on German High Carbon Stainless Steel Utility Knife - Jane Series With Gift Box | 5 Inch Kitchen Paring & Peeling Knife by Rashid Vaquera

This knife performs better than expected. Very sharp. Not much effort needed to cut thru things like tomatoes, lemons, cucumbers and most other fruits and vegetables. Have not tried on meat yet but expect great results. Definitely want to hand wash, very carefully, and dry after each use. Dishwasher not recommended. I store it in the nice box it came in. Very pleased overall.Would buy again.
