First of all, this pad holds my iPhone XS like a mosquito butt. Second, things are looking good on the 2020 Street Glide. It feels premium and handles the first 60 miles at 70 mph with no issues. I'm not afraid of this bracket loosening. I will say that the ball mount needs to have a curve to go around the mount and not straight with the spacers. I know this is a preference, not a feature. In addition, the bolts for it should also come from the T-27. Why do you need a socket wrench when you already have a T-27? Finally, it would be 5 stars if the back was metal instead of plastic. Overall, I highly recommend this mount.
