There were creases from the packaging.
I have installed dozens of screen protectors from phones to tablets so I am very familiar with these installations. This screen protector is rubbish. The instructions are terrible, and for a nearly 16-inch screen protector, you can add a few more items to help with installation. When I was able to put the screen protector on, I noticed that it had a slight crease. So I pulled them out. turned it off and had to try again with a second one, same problem. The packaging is undamaged so I'm assuming it happened during production. I can't recommend this screen protector just because of the poor quality of the product.
