The simplicity of use, ease to integrate with other modules made by INFOR CRM software or integration from external sources like ERP systems (SAP).The product has good support team who assist all queries related any technical aspect within its implementation & usage life cycle as well! Nothing at this moment but I would recommend it because we have been using since 2016 till now without issues so far which means that they are quite stable platform!! So if you want best solution then go ahead otherwise there will be some problems while integrating your system into their existing setup!
