Excellent System For Large And Diverse Business
The best thing about BlueVendo is the simplicity of its use. It's very easy to use and the customer service is excellent. It's a great system for the size of business we have. We have a very large and diverse portfolio of tours and the system is flexible enough to handle the different types of tours and tour operators. The only issue we had was the initial price. We are a small company and were not able to afford the initial cost. It's not a deal breaker, but we would have liked to have seen a better price. We are able to do all of our bookings and inventory in one system.
Pros
- I love that it allows us total control over booking requests from clients through their own site or ours! Allows me complete flexibility when scheduling with customers without having them call into my office before they make an appointment!! Also gives quick access at any time during work hours (or outside) so no matter where you go if there’s internet available your calendar can be accessed!!! Very user friendly & intuitive interface makes
