Very useful and easy to use project management tool

I like that you can create multiple accounts to log into different projects within one account with this tool! It has been easy so far but it's very new (started in March) - we're still figuring out how best use all of its features/tools etc., which may take some getting used too as there are many tools available now-a days!! We've had issues logging onto our project dashboard when using mobile devices or at times without internet connection; however these have since resolved themselves once logged back online again after waiting several minutes sometimes up until 30minutes before receiving error message from zenDesk system saying "you do not appear offline".

Pros

The ability for us employees' time shifts &/or overtime hours being automatically recorded by Zen Desks software, along side other staff members'
Being able see what each individual employee is allocated working day shift rosters /timesheet schedules via their own unique profile page.
Ability t manage your personal schedule easily through web browsers instead having needing access
