Amazing Kitchen Tool
Although this mandolin takes some practice, it protects your hands much more securely than a grater or knife. It's fast, efficient and easy to use once you learn how to position the knife deck. Once I rubbed my finger with a grater. I had a good rhythm that put me in a sort of "street hypnosis" trance. I had no pain until I got past the second half of the joint. That won't happen to me with this beautiful instrument.
