I wear 7.5-8 M depending on the shoes but chose size 8. Glad I did because they fit perfectly. They are so comfortable to wear when I'm walking near the local creek or walking my dog. These sandals are so breathable. I don't wear socks with them, and without socks I don't have a problem with these sandals rubbing my feet the wrong way and causing blisters. I even ran fast in it to chase my dog and again as comfortably as possible. I wore them for a short walk, no big deal and although my feet were a little muddy from the walk, these sandals allowed me to wash them off. These sandals are comfortable even when you step into the water. I hosed them off and let them air dry and when they were dry I put them back on and was comfortable again. Great sandals for hiking and walking.
