Review on Blue Sony MDR-EX25LP/BLU Earbuds: Enhance Your Audio Experience by Jennifer Anderson

Sony comparison good for in-ears

Update after a month of use: I like these in-ears more than anything I've had except the ones that came with my phone BLU ( best sound quality) of any headphones I've ever had). What I like best is that they fit into your ears so easily that you don't have to screw them into your ear hole or twist them one way or another to get the best sound. They just fall into place and stay there. cozy. They do NOT have a strong built in bass boost, they have a fairly flat response so do the "coloring" with your software. I can easily wear them all the time watching 2 football games (6 hours) with no discomfort and every time I get up to eat just pull the cord to take them off. They are worth their price. Your experience may vary because I can't imagine all ears being the same size, but these fit like they were custom made for ME. ---------------------- ----------------------- -This will be a review His first impressions of three Sony headphones purchased at the same time:*** MDRE9LP (iPod type that is only on the outer part of the ear)**** MDR-EX37B (black insert type)***** MDR - EX25LP (tiny unit that fits completely in the ear) Everything arrived in the typical recycle packaging you can see, the designer is the only one who knows how to open it without destroying the packaging. I haven't figured out why yet. Background: My wife uses headphones all day long, at home or at work. Connect to their BLU selfie phone, their HP laptop, their Toshiba Chromebook and their various Samsung tablets. She goes through them quickly but we've had poor results buying cheap earbuds especially the Panasonic RPHJE120 line which we bought in 5 different colors all of which are in the box for not easily aligning in the ear and low power to have. Loudness and very low bass. unacceptable despite being Revain's #1 bestseller. Instead, she chose to tape some of her other broken headphones together and limp with them. Her favorites so far have been the lovely headphones that came with her BLU phone and some very old headphones that came with the iPod which she rarely uses anymore, but both are taped and easy to take apart. Soooo I decided to buy each a Sony set to see what they liked. We both tested both with the same song at the same volume on the phone. She likes EX37B best (first quick use). They cost $13.99 and have the default L configuration. I like that they have a sturdy look and are very good at relieving stress, so there's less chance of damaging the wires if she rips them out or snagging them catch something when it flails .. during its use. In my opinion (the refined ear of an ideal music lover) they are a bit distorted and loud but have amazing bass response. Second, she liked the tiny EX25LPs. THEY WERE MY FAVORITES WITHOUT TIME! They cost $14.99 and are small egg-shaped pieces that fall completely into the ear with only a thin wire coming out of them. It bothered me that the wires didn't release any tension at all, but after trying them on we both noticed how easy they are to sit exactly where we want them in our ears, don't need to be aligned, and come out VERY easily. but do not fall out on their own. They fit perfectly and have very good sound but not as strong bass as the EX37B and our BLU headphones. They see so much, and just like the iPod buds they love so much. Difficult to fit properly in the ear, they don't have the volume or bass quality of the other two. They're cheaper than the $8.99 trio and I don't see them being used unless it's a choice between them and Panasonics. I will update this review if any problems or miracles arise. Keep for updates.
