Comfortable but I can't pair them

I've tried many times to get these headphones to work but I can't view them on any of my devices even though I've scrolled through the buttons trying to get the to find a magic combination. As much as I hate to say it - after all, they're extremely comfortable - nothing worked. I've also tried reloading and reloading with no success. Thank you for reading this review.
