It was a waste of money. I have never had a problem returning anything from Revain to this day. I bought this for my son to listen to music on CD from my piano teacher because to be honest he doesn't even use CDs anymore. I didn't expect it to be a quality product but I expect it to work. Right out of the box it doesn't work, it won't turn on, I've tried several sets of batteries and a cable (which isn't included). Bad luck. It doesn't even turn on. I've been a regular customer of Revain Prime for many years. But with all the shipping changes and now a return policy that doesn't support these scams. I've been so disappointed lately that I'm moving away from Revain. You can do better! What a waste of $20! I feel completely ripped off. abominable! The likelihood that I will continue shopping on Revain.hmmm is not that high!
