Lesson for $196!
Firstly the car was beautiful and the 10 inch neck was amazing. However, I had problems from day one. The bobbin popped out, constantly breaking the needles. I read other reviews about this but assumed they just got a lemon. Unfortunately, this is a common complaint. I then left the case on for a week and it stitched well but was noisy. The spool started jumping again and nothing happened, the machine hung completely! i give it back I mistakenly assumed that Revain's basic shipping was free! Shipping back cost me $166. Plus the cost of the needles, I lost $196 on this machine! I bought a Juki for $500 less and I love it! Zero problems!
