Works great on my 2017 Toyota Highlander. The only problem was that for some strange reason the instructions told me to mount it under the steering wheel, which was wrong, the entire installation is done at the back of the car. If you have a mount like Reese's, you can use the rubber plug hole to put the wire through (I made a slot big enough to put the wire through the rubber plug, then reinstalled it and used gaskets to to seal all gaps) . ), giving it a cleaner look and eliminating the need to run a cable through the tailgate when in use.
