The fabric looks like muslin, which suits me. The shape of the tablecloth seems to be designed for an oval rather than a round table. The decorative strip is not sewn perfectly, but since my table is against a wall, the unevenness can be concealed well. It's a perfectly usable tablecloth and I'm not worried about my cats ruining it. $20 is worth not going to the fabric store and sewing the same thing yourself.
